We have immediate openings for school bus drivers.  Successful candidates will have experience driving a bus as well as working with children.  Our bus drivers are an essential part of our educational system and we value their contributions.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Transport children to and from school
• Verify permission for children who ride home with friends
• Maintain a clean and mechanically-sound bus at all times
• Obey all traffic laws
• Perform inspections of the bus before and after each route
• Ensure safety of all students
• Discipline children when required to maintain a safe and healthy environment
• Assist students with getting on and off the bus when required

Qualifications and Skills:  

• CDL with Passenger School Air Brake Endorsement 
• Clean driving record
• Ability to carry out assigned route on time
• Excellent communication skills
• Must pass appropriate background checks
• Must pass pre-employment and random drug and alcohol screenings
